Hi, I’m casey crocker.
You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside—competent, faithful, responsible—but internally you feel stuck. Old patterns keep repeating. Anxiety, insecurity, or fear won’t loosen their grip. Growth feels stalled, and the tools that once worked no longer do.
Many of the men, couples, and leaders I work with are exhausted by the “hamster wheel” of trying harder without lasting change. Some are new dads who want to lead their families well but feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Others are pastors or committed Christians carrying spiritual wounds, burnout, or the quiet aftermath of religious or spiritual abuse. They don’t want to abandon their faith—they want it restored.
My work focuses on helping you identify and address the root causes beneath recurring struggles. Rather than managing symptoms or endlessly coping, we work toward real integration—emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and physiologically. I’m particularly skilled at quickly seeing patterns that keep people stuck and helping them experience meaningful, embodied change.
Therapy with me is thoughtful, direct, and deeply respectful of your faith. We don’t bypass pain with spiritual language, nor do we reduce your story to techniques or diagnoses. Instead, we create space for honest engagement, nervous system regulation, and the kind of inner realignment that allows growth to take hold.
I work with young professionals, adults, couples, and families, including Christian men, fathers, pastors, and those recovering from spiritual or religious harm. My practice is private pay only, which allows for flexibility, depth, and care that isn’t dictated by insurance constraints.
If you’re tired of feeling stuck and ready to rediscover who you were created to be—without performing, pretending, or white-knuckling—I invite you to reach out.
