Hi, I’m casey crocker.
I work with individuals, couples, leaders, families, and faith communities who want to grow in emotional maturity, relational health, and personal formation. My work helps people and organizations slow down, make sense of what they’ve lived through, and cultivate healthier ways of relating—to themselves, to others, and to God.
Depending on the context and goals, my work takes the form of professional counseling or non-clinical coaching, consultation, and formation. Counseling focuses on emotional and relational difficulties within a licensed clinical framework. Coaching and consultation focus on growth, leadership development, discernment, and integration—particularly in seasons of transition, strain, or recovery.
I also work with churches and ministry teams who have experienced disruption, conflict, leadership strain, or seasons of deep fatigue. In these settings, I offer consultation and formation-oriented support to help leaders and communities reflect on what has occurred, restore trust and clarity, and move forward with greater health, wisdom, and resilience.
In all cases, my approach is thoughtful, grounded, and integrative, honoring the whole person and the whole community while remaining clear about professional scope and boundaries.
